I am so in love with this boy its ridiculous. Leaving for school in August is going to be the hardest thing ever. Not because I need to constantly be by his side. But because I want to constantly be by his side.

Even Megan Fox has a little pooch. Nobody’s perfect!

how does this not have more notes?

Okay so. Here are some changes I’d like to implement to my life.
1.Record intake and exercise on here on a daily basis
2.Make most of my intake plant based
3.Get into the habit of waking up with boyfriend and getting workout out of the way in the morning. No excuses.
4. More water.
5.5 drink limit when it comes to alcohol. I know that is still a lot, but it is about half my current intake when I party nowadays. Yes, I have an alcohol/partying problem. No, I am not ready to cut it out of my life completely. But I am ready to start decreasing it.
6.That being said, social drinking only. No more having a beer solo with dinner. If I’m going to drink it has to be around people, preferably at a party or the bars, and only when they are drinking too.
7. This isn’t entirely healthy, but I’m going to buy Splenda to put in my morning coffee. My boyfriends family does not use artificial sweetener, but I like my coffee very, very sweet and its a source of unnecessary calories.
8.Speaking of unnecessary calories, and this is perhaps the saddest of all, I’m cutting peanut butter out of my life for the time being. When it comes down to it, its so high in calories that even though it is very very nutritious, every time I eat it, my meal totals become very, very high
1.6 mile warm up run
Chest, shoulders, lats, triceps
4.05 mile run
abs and glutes
get my shit together. The sad thing is that I’m not even trying to look good for summer, I just want to look good for Rush week haha.
